Bookings

By paying a deposit of 50% of the total amount due, you hereby acknowledge and accept Dream Party’s Terms and Conditions as follows:

A booking is not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been received.

Please ensure that a responsible adult is always available for the duration of the party.

In the event of equipment damage or loss from a previous event, Dream Party reserves the right to substitute equipment with a similar product and value without notice.

Equipment must be available for collection at the agreed time. If the equipment is not available, Dream Party reserves the right to charge the Hirer extra time at a rate of 200AED per hour.

The hire period is from 4 pm – 9 am. Dream Party may be able to accommodate bookings required for different timings if the equipment required is available.

Before confirming your booking, please ensure there is sufficient space to set up the required amount of teepees. Each individual teepee setup requires a minimum space of 1m x 2m.

All images used by Dream Party on www.dreamparty.me and all social media channels are for illustrative purposes and may not be an exact representation of what the Hirer receives.

The equipment may not be suitable for children under 3 years of age.

The person making the booking must be present at the time of equipment setup.

Bookings outside of Dubai will incur a surcharge starting from 500AED depending on location.

Cancellations

If the Hirer cancels the booking, Dream Party reserves the right to charge the following:

• 14-30 calendar days from delivery date 25% of the invoice amount.
• 7-14 calendar days from delivery date 50% of the invoice amount.
• 3-7 calendar days from delivery date 75% of the invoice amount.
• Within 48 hours of delivery date 100% of the invoice amount.

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a guest or guests are unable to attend the event, Dream Party are unable to offer a reduction.

Equipment

All equipment always remains the property of Dream Party.

Any damages or stains to the teepees, bedding and any other equipment will result in the holding of the 500AED security deposit. If the deposit does not cover the costs incurred by Dream Party, an invoice for the costs incurred to rectify the damages will be issued and will be payable on receipt.

Any damage to the equipment caused by neglect, misuse, loss, or failure to follow the instructions provided, will deem the Hirer liable for full repair or replacement costs in addition to any loss of business. The security deposit will be held in full or as part-payment and any additional costs will be invoiced to the Hirer.

All equipment is intended for indoor use only and is not permitted for outdoor use.

Shoes and sharp objects should be removed prior to the use of all equipment.

No face paint, party poppers, confetti, coloured streamers, slime or silly string to be used on or near the equipment.

No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in the teepees.

Please ensure that no one uses the equipment if they are feeling unwell.

No pets allowed on the bedding or inside the teepees.

Removal of batteries from any products is strictly prohibited.

Health & Safety

Equipment should only be used for the intended purposes. Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls of the equipment will result in damage to the equipment and may cause injury.

Smoking near the equipment is strictly prohibited.

Equipment should be kept away from candles and fire.

Payments & Refunds

A 50% deposit payable via bank transfer is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable up to 7 days before the date of the booking. If payment is not received, Dream Party reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be non-refundable. 

Refunds for the 500AED deposit will be processed and returned within 3 days (public holidays and weekends permitting) providing no damage has occurred.

Third Party Liability

Dream Party accepts no responsibility for accidental damage caused by your guests. Additionally, we accept no liability to you or any third party for accidents or damage caused during your party.

Dream Party will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using the equipment during the hire period.

Dream Party are not liable for any negotiations or bookings made with third party suppliers.

Conditions related to COVID-19

Dream Party takes its responsibility for COVID-19 precautionary measures seriously. All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized between each booking and team members wear masks and gloves during the setup and take down of the equipment.
